Beacon House Bunks is located in Bridlington, within 32 km of Scarborough Castle and 32 km of Scarborough Open Air Theatre. What a fantastic set up. Everything you need . Showers and kitchen immaculate with tea coffee milk juice supplied. The beds are very comfy. The owners are so nice and welcoming(so are their dogs). Will 200% stay here again.

Situated in Amble, within 16 km of Alnwick Castle and 38 km of Bamburgh Castle, Radcliffes Lodge features accommodation with a shared lounge and free WiFi as well as free private parking for guests... What a fantastic time my two dogs and I had here! We were greeted by the very helpful and friendly Tony who showed us round our room and the communal areas. He was very helpful and kicked our stay off to a wonderful start. It was just a one night stop over before an event in the area the next day but it felt like a mini holiday. The hostel is the most well equipped, clean and modern hostel I've ever stayed in! Everything you could possibly need during your stay, especially the kitchen facilities - free tea, coffee and cooking essentials were so helpful. Easy, free parking right outside the front door too. It was spacious and comfortable, truly dog friendly and the rooms were immaculate. Will definitely be back again when I'm next in the area.

Boasting a shared lounge, Blue Room Hostel Newquay is set in the centre of Newquay, 500 metres from Tolcarne Beach. We had such a warm welcome from Lee. He talked us through the local sites and was so accommodating. Great host

Located within 3.9 km of Lime Street Train Station and 4.1 km of Royal Court Theatre, The Liverpool Pod Travel Hostel offers rooms in Liverpool. Helpful staff, owner is super kind. Walkable distance to downtown if you like to walk but bus stop is 50m away anyway. Lots of restaurants and pubs around.

In the Lake District village of Elterwater, the independent Elterwater Hostel offers dormitories and private rooms, with a communal lounge and dining area. I had a great stay at Elterwater Hostel! The staff was extremely friendly & welcoming and the Hostel itself is a lovely place. There is a big common and dining room, which is very cozy. The kitchen is very spacious and well equipped. It is also very clean (haven't seen anything comparable in any other hostel so far), so are the rooms and bathroom facilities. All over, I would really recommend Elterwater Hostel and would love to come back anytime! Also the breakfast is really good! The Hostel is also very well located. That means if you aren't traveling by car you can still easily reach many hiking destinies, which are either directly around the corner or just a bus ride away. There is a bus stop within two minutes walking distance of the Hostel.

Less than 5 minutes’ walk from the centre of Penrith, Wayfarers Independent Hostel provides comfortable accommodation to Lake District visitors. Super nice! Best hostel so far. The facilities are great, the hosts are humble and super friendly. Facilities have most things you need, medium sozed rooms, lockers, and the beds are very comfy. Also great location! Very happy to get to give them this review :)

The Onefam Waterloo has a lively atmosphere as a social party hostel designed for young backpackers and solo travellers. The staff and the people. Very lovely and welcoming! Also I liked having activities; as a solo traveler that travels spontaneously, this is a great help for planning your trip

Set in Sennen, 1.7 km from Nanjizal Beach, Lands End Hostel and B&B offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking and a shared lounge. Lovely room, clean with everything you could need. Staff friendly and helpful, the kitchen was well equipped. Good Wi-Fi and a lovely breakfast if you pay for it which I highly recommend if you are travelling light as I was as there is no local shop to walk too.
