I could see the dim outline of Kanchenjunga, not the clear view because it was hazy. Personally it was still good. Anyway April was not the right time to see the clear view. Michilero(backpacker in Spanish) Ostello(hostel in Italian) was a great place to stay in Pelling. Everything - home made food, family atmosphere  - was perfect. And Wake in Himalayas, the hostel next to Mochilero Ostello, was also a nice place run by warm hearted family.

I had such a lovely time at Mellow Fellow, I stayed for over a week. The staff, especially Sandi and Annie, are great people who really made the stay special. They are fun, friendly, and have a wealth of knowledge about Sikkim. The facilities are also very comfortable, with clean rooms and a vibey common area. Of course, the location is also perfect for exploring MG Marg with dozens of restaurants nearby. Mellow fellow should be your only choice when visiting Gangtok.

This place feels like home, really! It's cozy, clean, all little details sorted out and there's such a great vibe! And the cafeteria with all the tasty food! But above all I really love the people running this place!

Zostel Rinchenpong (Pelling) se găsește în Rinchingpong și are o grădină și un lounge comun. The location is beautiful. There is absolute silence and serene nature around the property. The staff are amazing. Big shout out to each one of them.. 💕 Also very cute and cuddly dogs around the property.. the little black puppy has got my heart ❤️
