Tag Along 2 0 Hostel Gangtok has a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and restaurant in Gangtok. Boasting room service, this property also provides guests with a children's playground. Beautiful location - for me it was worth it even though it is about a 30 minute walk to the main tourist street. Honestly it is nice being away from the tourist trap main drag even though I was only there for a few days. The road that leads to the hostel has lots of shops, some restaurants and bars, the sister hostel’s travel cafe, and Rachna Bookstore for great books and food. So if you are around for a while its great. The property is set in dense greenery, and does indeed have lots of birdlife. Great common spaces, great balconies, great food for the set dinners (I didn’t have the breakfast or lunch), and the staff is super knowledgeable, especially Saran. They have a deeper and somewhat offbeat lost of things to do in Gangtok, and will organize hikes for groups from the hostel. The standout for me here was the design - an amazing space compared to any other hostel I’ve been to in India. And very clean :)

Set in Gangtok and with Sikkim Manipal University Distance Education reachable within 1.4 km, The Secondfloor Gangtok offers a shared lounge, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi throughout the property and a... "Second Home" that how I will describe my stay. Value for money. One should definitely book this place if they are in Gangtok. Thanks for the wonderful experience. Hope will meet again.

Situated in Gangtok, less than 1 km from Palzor Stadium, Addy's Inn features accommodation with a shared lounge, free private parking and a terrace. Staff's behaviour, Cooperative nature, scenic view of the city, calm and peaceful location and most important cleanness and good food

Mochilero Ostello has a garden, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Pelling. The accommodation features a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, a shared kitchen and free WiFi throughout the property. I could see the dim outline of Kanchenjunga, not the clear view because it was hazy. Personally it was still good. Anyway April was not the right time to see the clear view. Michilero(backpacker in Spanish) Ostello(hostel in Italian) was a great place to stay in Pelling. Everything - home made food, family atmosphere  - was perfect. And Wake in Himalayas, the hostel next to Mochilero Ostello, was also a nice place run by warm hearted family.

Mellow Fellow Hostel has a shared lounge, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Gangtok. Boasting a concierge service, this property also provides guests with a casino. I had such a lovely time at Mellow Fellow, I stayed for over a week. The staff, especially Sandi and Annie, are great people who really made the stay special. They are fun, friendly, and have a wealth of knowledge about Sikkim. The facilities are also very comfortable, with clean rooms and a vibey common area. Of course, the location is also perfect for exploring MG Marg with dozens of restaurants nearby. Mellow fellow should be your only choice when visiting Gangtok.

Located within 1.6 km of Palzor Stadium and 2 km of Enchey Monastery, Tag Along Backpackers in Gangtok provides free bikes and rooms with free WiFi. This place feels like home, really! It's cozy, clean, all little details sorted out and there's such a great vibe! And the cafeteria with all the tasty food! But above all I really love the people running this place!

Zostel Rinchenpong (Pelling) is situated in Rinchingpong and has a garden and a shared lounge. There is a restaurant serving Indian cuisine, and free private parking is available. The location is beautiful. There is absolute silence and serene nature around the property. The staff are amazing. Big shout out to each one of them.. 💕 Also very cute and cuddly dogs around the property.. the little black puppy has got my heart ❤️
