We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful hostel. It feels more like a bed and breakfast than a hostel if you reserve a private room. The room was impeccably clean, very comfortable, and breakfast was quite satisfying! The owners were also so thoughtful and kind, and take amazing care of the property! Even though it was a little rainy, the hiking nearby was really pretty, and it’s easy to hike or drive to explore a few of the schist villages from Lousã. We’d be thrilled to return!!

The best value for money, especially on out of season period. I was hable to enjoy a room all for myself. The staff was very kind and helpful.

The hostel is located in a part of town where there was ample parking. It was easy to walk to Castelo Branco's castle and to area shops. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Area maps were available at the desk. The breakfast provided was super. There were a lot of choices available.
