Jojo and Gigi (the hotel kitties) were adorable. Stunning view from our room. Air conditioning worked great. Also my boyfriend accidentally left a bag behind with some clothes in it and the staff went above and beyond to actually send it on a ferry to Koh Lanta the next day to get it back to us! Fantastic service. Overall just such a nice stay.
