Sleep like never before in two modern boxspring beds (180*200 cm) and a solid wood bed. Work at the dining table, use the fast Wi-Fi, and unwind. The two car parking spaces in the underground garage come with an EV charging station. Book now for an unforgettable stay in Graz!

Neighbourhood information

You have the whole apartment all to yourself. With the apartment come 2 underground parking spaces at no extra cost for you. The access to the staircase and elevator is via the garage. The apartment is equipped with a Nuki system. The apartment door can be opened remotely and via an app. I prepare the check-in in such a way that you can simply enter. There is a keypad on the apartment door. After entering the code, the door opens automatically. EV charger: Please reach out in advance if you want to use the charger! You will require a "charging card" from us. Charging is not included in the nightly rate of your booking. The apartment has been freshly built and furnished with great attention to detail. Please be so kind and treat the inventory with care, especially the real wood parquet & the sofa. So hopefully many guests after you can enjoy it as well. If you should arrive in Graz before 15:00, you are welcome to leave your luggage already in the apartment. We are always available in case of questions or problems!
