Location at Little Beach (L-LB) is a beautifully appointed unit which sits across the top floor of the complex. L-LB is a 3 bedroom top floor duplex unit, with a small balcony with water glimpses, Webber BBQ for your sea breeze evening meals, large living room with Sony flatscreen TV and air conditioning unit, dining area with Matt Blatt dining table and chairs, quaint but well-appointed kitchen with oven, large fridge, dishwasher, Russell Hobbs toaster and kettle, coffee machine and all utensils. The bathroom benefits from a separate toilet and wet room, with both a walk in shower and separate bath, all modern upgrades. The three bedrooms are well appointed with the master including a large king bed and built in cupboards. The second bedroom has a queen bed with built in cupboards, and the smaller room includes two single beds with a tallboy. All rooms have ceiling fans. The unit includes beautiful timber hardwood floors throughout all living areas, with tiling to the wet areas. The downstairs includes an exclusive enlarged single garage with automatic door, additional room for a second vehicle in the driveway and external laundry with large washing machine and clothes line.
If guests have any issues, the host is located in Unit 1 downstairs and is able to assist with any questions or queries that you may have during your stay. Fresh linen and towels are provided at the beginning of your stay.
L-LB is a mere 150 metres to arguably the best recreational swim and boating spot in Port Stephens with wonderful swim beaches (Little Beach or Shoal Bay Beach), a pier for the kids to fish or dive off, boat ramp to launch your vessel, council BBQ's for your beachside picnics, Cafes to ensure a more catered eating experience including the local hotspot of the "Little Beach Boathouse' all within 150m of the property.
