Welcome to our house in Neukirchen am Teisenberg.2nd floor - Room 1: single bed 140x200cm and single bed 90x200cm, dresser and armchair - Room 2 with 2 beds separated, dresser and armchair - Both rooms direct access to the balcony (smoking allowed) with seating. - Common room kitchen, seating, sofa bed 140x200cm, TV, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, kettle, coffee maker. 1st floor shared bathroom with shower tub and separate toilet. WLAN available in the whole house. Note: 2 cats live in our house. Booking from 2 nights possible Laundry service for a fee
Our house is located in the centre of Neukirchen am Teisenberg, a small Bavarian community with just under 500 inhabitants. With direct access to the A8 Munich / Salzburg motorway, you can reach Salzburg in just under 20 minutes. The district town of Traunstein can be reached in just under 15 minutes and Munich is about 100km away. Shopping facilities: Neukirchen has 2 restaurants, 1 petrol station and 1 bakery with a small village shop, where all important things for daily needs are available. The nearest larger towns are Markt Teisendorf and Siegsdorf (both approx. 8km) with further shopping and leisure facilities. Leisure facilities: In addition to km-long hiking/running and cycling trails, the nearby swimming pool can be used in summer. In winter you can go skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing and tobogganing. The slope is suitable for beginners. ATTENTION: Accommodation is in Neukirchen am Teisenberg and not in Teisendorf.
