Located in the exclusive private urbanization "Miramar de Marina Golf", this apartment offers you everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The property is located just a 5-minute walk from the beach, awarded the blue flag for its cleanliness and quality. If you are a golf lover, you will be delighted to know that the "Marina de la Torre" golf course is close to the property. You can enjoy an exciting day of golf surrounded by stunning views of the sea and mountains. The apartment is located in a RESIDENTIAL AND QUIET ENVIRONMENT, away from the nightlife area of ​​Mojácar. However, well connected to the city center via a bus line, so you can easily explore all the charms that Mojácar has to offer. The apartment sleeps 4 people and has 2 bedrooms, making it the ideal place for a family holiday. The spacious, bright living room invites you to relax and unwind after a day full of activities.
