The place is in the heart of la Lonja and it is in a street without businesses. The building only has two apartments, very little noise, and only 17 steps to reach the 1st floor. The apartment is spacious from one end to the other end of the building. A small balcony in the bedroom and a nice terrace with a table for four people outside the living room. Nice Flat tv a fully equipped kitchen open space a large lofty space very rare in old city buildings.
The host likes the character of the City of Palma and she is a good reference for things to see and things to do.
Around the building, you have minutes away convenient shopping at El Corte Ingles where you may also find a convenient and well-stocked supermarket literally two minutes away. Within walking distance, you have the Cathedral, the Casco Antiguo and Paseo de Borne with upscale shopping
