You will be charmed by this double apartment very comfortable: HE'S COMPOSED OF A GREAT STUDIO AND A VERY SPACIOUS 2 ROOMS, KOINED BY A PRIVATE CORRIDOR IN THE FLAT. You will have 2 kitchens, 2 showers, 2 toilets, 1 big living room, 2 real beds (160x190cm) and 2 sofa beds (140x190cm) and air conditioning. You will be in the heart of this historical district, known throughout the world, a few steps from the sea and the cours salera (for your morning market). A few meters from the tramway and nice gardens, you can enjoy all the treasures of our area. You will discover the unique charm of Nice and his old town. You can do everything by walk, strolling the picturesque streets of the old nice, taste the local flavors. Equipment available on request: - baby bed = 25e for the duration of your stay - baby high chair = 20e for the duration of your stay 4 publics parking all around my building (less than 3minutes each) instruction manuals for appliances Complete bed linen and shower towels are provided
