I have a real love for interior design, and I love helping holiday homeowners share their beautiful properties with lovely holiday makers such as yourselves. My focus is making sure you have the most comfortable and hassle-free trip while exploring a new corner of the UK. I’m based in Glasgow but all the properties I manage have brilliant local teams who are always available to help should you need it. I’m a very stereotypical Scot, I love the outdoors whether that be hiking, climbing, swimming, or sailing and unfortunately in all-weather conditions! I can usually be found exploring somewhere new with my dog Finlay who comes everywhere with me. A gorgeous two-bedroom, two-bathroom ground-floor apartment in an Old Coach House Conversion. Recently renovated to the highest of standards and is perfectly located in the picturesque village of Alnmouth. Creating the perfect family oasis, Spence Lodge features an outdoor dining space, and a private parking space and is also within walking distance of the stunning Alnmouth beach and local pubs and restaurants. - Two Bedrooms with Two Bathrooms - Perfect Family Home - Open Fire Log Burner - Private Parking Space for one vehicle - Walking distance to the beach - Outdoor Dining Space - Freeview TV and WIFI - Fully Equipped Kitchen Spence Lodge is one of four properties on the plot of land and has four car park spaces within the courtyard, one space per property. Whilst there is one shallow entrance step, this house was designed to accommodate the owner's mother, who was in a wheelchair. The doors are standard size, but the property has no internal stairs. Parking is also outside on the driveway, so it's a short walk! Pet Rules: Unfortunately, all the properties at Hallsteads are not pet friendly, this is due to the owners' allergies and is non-negotiable. Spence Lodge is located in the centre of the charming coastal village of Alnmouth. Only four miles from Alnwick, this part of Northumberland is my personal favourite, recognised as Northumberland Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Explore miles of golden sandy beaches and a varied array of wildlife, you’ll struggle to believe you’re in the UK! Within walking distance from Spence you’ll find a large selection of quirky independent shops, pubs, cafes, and restaurants as well as many spots to grab an ice cream. Close to the medieval market town of Alnwick, with cobbled streets and rich in character and charm, there are plenty of things to see during your visit. Alnwick hosts some of the country’s top attractions including Alnwick castle, which was one of the locations for the Harry Potter film franchise. Or head to Alnwick gardens and dine at the world’s largest treehouse restaurant! If you’re a fan of golfing, you can visit the oldest 9-hole link course in England at Alnmouth Links golf course or head to Foxton golf course which is just a five-minute drive to the North.
