All ground floor, it boasts one king-size bed on a raised platform, sleeping two people altogether. The shower room is next door and there is also a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburning stove. To the exterior is ample off-road parking, bike storage and a garden with seating and shared lawn with a barbecue. The Linney offers a relaxing break in a wonderful region for touring Devon and Cornwall.
