This 1st floor newly-built apartment of 56 m2 is located in the city of Lefkada. It has two bedrooms, bathroom, undivided kitchen-living room, two balconies and private parking. Fully equipped with household appliances and cooking utensils. It is particularly suitable for families and couples who want a high quality short or long term stay. It is located in a quiet area, close to the picturesque lagoon and a 5-minute walk to the main pedestrian street. A short distance from restaurants, shops, café, super market, pharmacy, banks, police station, hospital. Just 2 minutes by car from the famous beaches of Agios Ioannis, Kastro and Gyra, as well as from the marina of Lefkada.
Sights, local points of interest and excursions: Agios Ioannis beach (kite-surfing), Kathisma beach (parapente), Porto Katsiki, Egremni, Vasiliki beach (wind-surfing). Archaeological museum, Venetian Castle of St. Maura, Angelos Sikelianos museum, phonograph museum, Church of Agios Minas, pedestrian street market, marina, central plaza, lagoon. Cruise to the smaller islands (Skoprios, Madouri, Meganisi). The two rings of Lefkada: the round of the island by boat and the coastal round of the island by car. The beauties of mountainous Lefkada (Karya, Eglouvi, Dimosaris waterfalls, Skaroi forest, Melissa gorge).
