Apartment No1 Newly decorated apartment for two offers anything you might need for a pleasant stay in Pula. At only 35m2 of covered area, the apartment also features a private rooftop terrace with a dome opening of the same size (30m2) and a seating area. Both the bedroom with a springbox bed and the living room have a satellite LCD TV each. The kitchen is fully equipped with a big refrigerator and freezer as well as all the cooking equipment needed for a pleasant stay, including a coffee machine, toaster, kettle etc. Guests wishing to travel light can make use of our high-quality towels and linens free of charge. Big rooftop terrace just for you - ideal for breakfast and dinners outdoors, where you can relax and spend pleasant days. Perfect getaway for two ! Apartment No2 The apartment is newly built and decorated, it has air conditioning, free WIFI and satellite LCD TV. It is a one-bedroom suite with a springbox bed and wardrobe, fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle), dining area and a livingroom with a sofa bed. There is also a waching machine available in the apartment. The bathroom with a shower includes a hair dryer and high quality towels for you to use free of charge. The apartment also features a spacious terrace with a seating area with a view of the sea and also private parking. The terrace with outdoor furniture is very large and with beautiful view on the Marina Veruda - for your relaxing mornings and peaceful evenings

This part of the city, called Veruda Porat/Nova Veruda is very quiet and calm. Bus stop for the bus around the city is only 100m away. Closest supermarket is 50m away, and bigger stores and malls are 5min driving. The city center is only 2km from the apartment. Tourist marina is 200m walking (Tehnomont Marina). Only 20min walking there is a beautiful promenade and Park Plaza with plenty of sports facilities, rent-a-pedaling, rent-a-scooter, rent-a-bike, water slide, rocky beaches, and beautiful scenery are at your disposal all day long.
