A cozy, independent and newly refurbished flat situated at the ground floor of a 1924 building owned since that year by the same family. Another cozy flat, second floor of oche same building, with its own space in the garden. The house is surrounded by a garden that is available for the guests of the flat. The atmosphere is very friendly and familiar, but a complete privacy is absolutely guaranteed. A high quality cleaning is assured by professional products and the cleaning of bed linens and towels is carried out by a specialized laundry.
No winter lasts forever, no Springs skips its turn, and we look forward to welcoming you in our garden for a cup of tea soon! Meet the Righettis; at Righetti and Cima House you will have the chance to discover a real family history. The great grandfather Righetti bought the house in 1924 and we own it from four generation. Since the beginning we have been a multicultural family moving between Italy and the UK, bur over the years our Righetti-House has always been a reference point for all of us and so it is nowadays. The various experiences of part of our family also include the management, many years ago, of a cozy luxury hotel and these experiences are not easily forgotten! We will be welcoming guests personally.
Casa Righetti is in the middle of a popular and ancient neighborhood where you can find all the shops you need, such as bakery, butcher’s, supermarket, pharmacy and confectionary. Nearby you can find two catholic churches. Some of the most typical and ancient "trattorie" and pizzerie of the city, are only five minutes walk from Casa Righetti. Casa Righetti is very closed to railways station, on foot 10 minutes, to the city centre, by bus 3 five minutes, on foot 15 minutes. You can reach by bus, 10 minutes, the boarding point to Palmaria Island, Portovenere and Cinque Terre. Righetti House is very well connected to a CAI trail that leads to Marinasco Church. Definitely, a very high recommended walk for everyone who appreciates spending some hours in the nature enjoyng the view on our gulf and, moreover, the typical Ligurian food of a cozy "osteria" at the end of the path. You can also rent an electric "Vespa" to ride around in a total freedom.
