For a relaxing holiday on the shores of the wonderful Lake Como, I Scalitt is the perfect solution for families and groups of friends! On the ground floor there is the living room, heated with a modern pellet stove, with the dining area, with a table for 4, and the children's area, with a table, games and a blackboard with chalk. The kitchen is separate, complete and equipped with everything you need to prepare lunches and dinners like at home. Among the appliances, there is a kettle, an American coffee machine and an espresso coffee machine, baby food cooker and microwave sterilizer. On the first floor, there is the quadruple bedroom, exposed beams and a warm parquet, which can accommodate up to 4 people with a double bed and a bunk bed. Next to the room, the large and modern bathroom with shower. On the second floor, there is a second large attic bedroom, with a double bed and a single bed. In addition a cot for the babies, also present in the quadruple room. This room also has a private bathroom with shower. WARNING: To get to the apartment you need to climb several flights of stairs! This characteristic village has maintained the charm of the past, with its cobbled streets, the ancient town houses, the historic villas, the stone stairs of Moltrasio with arches, such as the staircase leading to “I Scalitt”. Carate Urio is located next to the famous town of Laglio, it is only 10 minutes from Cernobbio and its renowned Riva, and a 20-minute drive from Como. In the village, a few minutes from the house, there is a post office, a bank with an ATM, a grocery store, bars and restaurants. A few steps from the house there is the boat stop that connects the town with Como and with the other picturesque villages of the lake, such as Torno, Argegno, Menaggio.
