Mansion is set on the central street in Melluzi district in Jūrmala. The Mansion is divided in two autonomous and isolated parts of the house. Each part has its own kitchen, living room and bedrooms. All rooms are spacious and bright, featuring high ceilings and modern furniture. Studio has a refrigerator, a dishwasher, an electric stove, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle and a blender. In the living room there is a wide SmartTV and BluRay HD. Free private parking is equipped with an automatic gate. Melluzi Train Station 200 metres from the property.
