Located on Santa Eulália Road, the condominium enjoys a central and privileged location, being within a short distance (between 700 and 900 meters) from two of the most stunning beaches in the region: Santa Eulália Beach and Oura Beach. Nearby, guests will find a variety of useful services to enhance their vacation experience, including restaurants, supermarkets, stationery stores, tobacco shops, bars, and more. Therefore, the option to enjoy a car-free vacation is within your reach. Each apartment comprises a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a balcony. They are equipped with essential amenities for cooking, heating meals, or doing laundry and can accommodate up to four people, with the possibility of accommodating a fifth person. The condominium offers an extensive green area, including an adult and a children's pool, as well as a tennis court. Additionally, there is a private parking area shared by all residents. It's important to note that the apartments differ in their decor and the views they offer. Two of them (505 and 508) overlook the pool, while the others (509, 510, and 512) have views of Santa Eulália Road.
