Apartment is part of the building and is situated on the third floor, accessible with elevator. It is well equipped with all what you need for your break at the historical costal town of Piran in Istria. Big balcony overlooking Piran rooftops. Sunny location with plenty of natural light. Apartment has Air conditioning with split system for cooling and heating all year round with additional celling fan. There is space for up to 5 people, one bedroom with two single beds (one on bunk bed) and one double bed (bunk bed). In the living room there is foldable sofa bed with double bed size. Portable cot is available free of charge. Free WiFi with big flat screen TV and more than 300 channels. Bathroom with shower cabin and washing machine. In the fully equipped kitchen there is also coffee machine with grinder, kettle, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, toaster, mixer. Two portable beach Sun loungers with beach umbrella are available for guests pleasure on the beach. Towels and Bedsheets are provided for your enjoyment. As the Piran is car free town, Public parking is available around Piran, closest are Fornace and Arze. From Fornace garage ground floor there is free mini bus that takes you into Piran to main square. From there is a short walk through narrow alleys and cobblestones streets to apartment. Note: Piran city tax fee will be collected upon arrival.
We are family of 5 from Ljubljana and happy to rent out our family Holiday apartment in Piran. After 10 years living in Australia we have came back to our home country Slovenia enjoying being in contact with tourist's from all around the world. We are always happy to see people on holidays as this is happy times in our life and very joyful moments for all people in they life. Apartment is on beautiful Punta beach on the north side of the Piran peninsula, just behind the light house. It is perfect for families and couples due to closeness of the beach, shops, restaurants and cafés. Apartment is facing very quiet side of Piran with quiet streets and houses. But for those seeking night life, this is jut on your doorstep.
