If you enjoy a relaxing walk on the beach, floating in the pool, or the energetic nightlife of South Padre Island, then this condo is for you! It is just steps from the beach access, yet just a short walk to some of the best shopping and entertainment on South Padre Island. South Padre Island has a variety of restaurants to choose from so you may decide to dine out every night. But if you want to cook in, you will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need and the island grocery store is just down the street. Two reserved parking spots and a washer/dryer in the condo only add convenience to make this the perfect location for your stress-free South Padre Island getaway! This property is licensed and in good standing with the City of South Padre Island. Wristbands are required by the HOA of some complexes. Fees vary depending on # of guests, ages, and dates of stay, and are charged separately. Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. until our office closes. After-hour arrivals are subject to a USD 50 after-hour arrival fee (+tax/processing), which is charged separately.
