I have been in the property management business for a little over 10 years. It all started with my first vacation house purchase in 2010 in Madeira Beach, FL. I really enjoyed the process of home buying and always wanted to help others find their home. Currently, I am a full-time Realtor/Property Manager with a lot of focus on Vacation Rentals. I live in Tampa FL and enjoy traveling, staying active, and hanging out with my family and friends. This beach condo is located in beautiful Redington Shores, FL on 18320 Gulf Blvd. Condo offers a great open floor plan and is furnished to comfortably accommodate stay for 2 families with children. Great and large balcony 2 lounge chairs, sofa and table. Inside, the fully stocked kitchen features brand new kitchen equipment and opens up to the dining room and living room, wireless internet. First bedroom has 2 queen size beds, a private bathroom with shower, walk in closet and flat screen TV. Second bedroom features a king size bed with luxury linens, down comforters and flat screen TV. The living room offers an additional area to relax and can also sleep 2 people. Huge eating area in the kitchen boasts an enormous table that can seat 8-10 people comfortably. Your rental will also include a full access swimming pool, free parking and everything you will need to make your trip to the beach much easier: beach cooler, portable chairs, beach towels and toys for kids, yoga mats. Sleeping arrangement : BD #1 - King Bed ( sleeps 2) BD #2 - 2 Queen Beds ( sleeps 4) Sleeping sofa in the living room Check in is 4pm and check out is 11am unless arranged otherwise. Cancellation policy: 60 days notice for full refund, 30 days notice for 1/2 refund and no refunds under 30 days.
