We loved waking up to the sound of gentle waves and having such a beautiful view of Port Esperance Bay from the dining room...so relaxing. Castaway Cottage had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and being pet friendly our little Sheltie was able to enjoy too. The elevated location gives a stunning view from the verandah and the hot tub. The local amenities are a short drive or a comfortable walk away. Gary was extremely helpful and the house was well presented. The breakfast was superb and we received scones and tea when we arrived. There is a small farm with sheep & hens at the back of the property as well as beautiful views of the countryside. Very peaceful and in the small village of Dover which has a RSL, cafe & IGA in it.
