All the staff were very approachable and made my stay enjoyable, especially Sam in the Tram restaurant who made my solo dining experience a positive one by interacting with me and assisting me with any questions i had. The whole hotel was clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable! The hotel is situated within walking distance to everything. I was very impressed and will stay here again. 5 stars!

Linda and Andre looked after us superbly - the room and facilities were A! and Andre's breakfasts, served punctually between 8 and 9am were delicious. For evening meals there was a take-away fish outlet situated in a van in a nearby park which was well patronised by locals. Parking was adjacent to the Cottage in which we stayed. The facilities in the cottage were outstanding. Thoroughly enjoyed our all too brief stay.

Location was great base for sightseeing, near city. Host was superb! Had some problems with the kitchen utensils and she place a Coles delivery the next day! Exceeded my expectations. Love the unit, very comfortable, homely and compact with enough space in each room . Shopping plaza was within walking distance. There's even a little garden so that you can have your breakfast outdoors. My son was delighted to have his own TV in his room! There were TV in each room. What a luxury!
