Convenient location - 2 train stops away from airport and 2 train stop away from CBD. Train station is right next to the building. Neat and clean neighborhood with all the amenities- a Woolworths just right around the corner and some restaurants nearby. We found a couple REALLY good neighborhood restaurants with very reasonable price (Restaurant 233 - Japanese Restaurant). It is a nice change from the rapid pace of CBD.

Staff were very lovely, great hospitality, clean rooms, and there is a bar/breakfast treats/cocktail station which is nice. Rooftop patio for some fresh air as well. Would recommend for a stay in Sydney with close proximity to the subway line.

I have stayed at 11 different hotels in Australia on this journey, and out of those this has been my favorite so far. It's classy, clean with very professional staff, yet it has that "homey" feeling. And even though it's right where there's a lot of traffic, once you're inside you don't hear anything but silence. The detail that I loved the most, that most hotels miss out on was this: A magnifying mirror in the bathroom and good light! I appreciate that so much. The bed was comfortable, the Wifi was fast and steady, the shower was big (two showers, a waterfall type of shower and a regular) the AC easy to operate, plenty of TV channels, a modern clock with two USB chargers on the bedside (if only ALL hotels had this!) two bottles of cold water in the fridge and some small goodies, fruit and biscuits available for free in the little kitchen by the front desk.... One morning I asked the guy at the front desk if he knew what the weather was like today. He actually got up and went outside to find out for me! How is THAT for great service! I loved this place. Every city needs their own little Mrs Banks Hotel.

the host went above and beyond to make sure we had a awesome visit. they supplied a welcome pack and any supplies needed, offering to get us anything needed and they even offered to pick us up from the airport and to drive us places as we had issues around our hire van being cancelled just before we arrived and then around height for parking. very helpful and supportive hosts.
