You never talk to anyone in person, but their website and the whole system for checking in and special requests this outstandingly seamless and intuitive. Get the key, it’s all through your phone. If you are a sucker for design, just beautiful things, but also good functionality) this place will surprise you in a very Positive way. The coffee machine with the tea, the q-tips and the instant photo camera are some of the nice touches.
