Fantastically welcoming staff and great location for our stay. We enjoyed the concierge staff the bar the spa and the rooms. Unfortunately it was too cold during our stay to take advantage of the jaw droppingly gorgeous roof top terrace and bar. Heartily recommend this hotel!

Casa Palacete was a great place to stay. The was spacious as well as the bath. Wonderfully decorated (French Room) and comfortable. The staff was very kind and receptive. The location was perfect. I really recommend Casa Palacete.

Would certainly recommend this place although the side lanes might put one off but once in the hostel it’s a nice place for a stay.

All the stuffs are high quality, especially the bath towels. I hardly saw good quality bath towels, even in 5 stars hotels. The mattress and the pillows are super comfortable. The sofa bed was also very spacious & comfortable. Communication was excellent and I got replies almost immediately throughout our stays. I’ll come back again for sure.
