We liked mostly that this hotel looks like a resort and not like those huge ‘skyscrapers’ that exist in Tenerife.The personnel including the reception,bar,restaurant and housekeeping staff was extremely gentle,polite and helpful. The room was superb,very comfortable and tidy with an amazing balcony with sea view.The cleanliness is the priority spot of the hotel.We were on a half board pension and we really enjoyed the quantity and the quality of any asset.Breakfast had all the choices and dinner was amazing delicious!!The area of swimming pool was fantastic,with the water temperature unique.The nights’ entertainment was interesting with a variety of singers.The sport activities were fantastic .The free parking underneath the hotel was very convenient.Certainly,we would like to return and revisit this amazing hotel and hope to be more lucky with no straggling my arm!!We really thank all the staff for making our stay fantastic!!
