Great location with views of the waterway and a short 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive to the walled town. Spacious apartment over 3 levels. Easy free parking and in a quiet and neat gated community. The appliances that were available worked well including the large TV and streaming service. WiFi is fast and reliable (bit weak on the top floor). Two good sized bathrooms and an additional toilet on the ground floor. Heating is with air conditioners which were effective and easy to control.

We loved the location, peacefully and close to downtown, stores, bakery, restaurants... The terse is outstanding, private, you can leave the windows opened during the night and you don't hear any noise. We had everything we needed available.

They are comfortable, quirky, cute and 'shabby chic', quiet and welcomingly cool away from the heat outside (with heaters if needed for colder times and air conditioning in the bedroom). Hosts were welcoming and helpful, but unobtrusive. We were given a pass for parking nearby, which was much appreciated. Kettle and fridge were useful. WiFi good, shower powerful and hot.

The hotel was very relaxed. We loved being by the pool where there was plenty of space. The air conditioning was great. Room was a good size for 4 of us. A very relaxing stay. Easy also to use local bus to get to beaches. Canal walk is magnificent. Philippe makes fantastic cocktails too. We will visit again.

Parking was outside the walls but we were lucky to get into parking 3 which was the closest. This was also free with the pass from the hotel. The room was spacious and clean and the bathroom (although open plan!!) was superb . Would definitely recommend.

The staff are exceptional and make you feel so well cared for. Room amazing with everything you need in luxury package. We will definitely be coming back and spending more time at La Villa Mazarin.
