Very clean and a lovely sized room. Bathroom was excellent, bath and shower superb. The hotel itself is very nice, attached to the main hotel. Pretty surroundings and well organised. Didn't eat there, but a few choices available and a tad pricey, looked good. It was a last minute treat for myself so splashed out a bit rather than my usual level of accommodation.. (cheap and cheerful!) The manor house is grand. Cleaning staff very friendly and helpful.

Having stayed at the New Inn on numerous occasions with work, its always exactly as expected.... Clean, comfortable and the staff are great. Annie is always so welcoming with a big beaming smile and a "Hi Rob, nice to see you again...." Meals and drinks in the adjacent pub are superb value too and once again, the staff are outstanding.

The flat is very tastefully decorated and in excellent condition. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the super king size was a real luxury. TVs in the bedrooms meant we could all chill out watching whatever we liked. The Wi-Fi is excellent. The kitchen is very well equipped and we cooked some of our meals. The bathrooms are really smart and the shower was great. The flat is warm and very quiet. The flat is a good base to go to Cardiff.

Everything! The building- beautiful and steeped in history. The room, beautiful furniture and fixtures. The staff- exceptional and friendly and courteous. Nothing too much trouble. Karina from the restaurant was just fabulous and The Priory should be so proud to have her on the team. What a star! Superb value for money, first class!! 👌🏻

The staff were very welcoming, room was good and the dinner was great. The chef took time to come and say hi after our request. The meal was outstanding and wanted to mention it to the chef personally.

I was upgraded to a Deluxe Double for £10 so that I could check in early. The room was massive and with all amenities . Staff were really friendly and listened to everything we needed including ordering a taxi. Breakfast was excellent and the bar area including music was very good. We were going to the 6 Nations - Wales vs Scotland and the hotel had certainly geared up with Welsh flags , hats etc

A charming hotel in an old priory, given a modern twist and definitely with a Spanish flavour. We thoroughly enjoyed the tapas (although perhaps the menu could be more extensive) and the breakfast - including chorizo. Apparently, we were upgraded to a luxury room and it was a treat - very large and comfortable.

The hotel was excellent with very friendly, helpful staff from the receptionists and dining room/chefs to the cleaners. it was spotless and the rooms were well-appointed and modern. A set of drawers would have added a useful extra. The breakfast choice was superb. I wasn't able to sample food at other times because of my schedule. The price was really good in such a useful location near both bus and train links and in the middle of the city centre. I have already highly recommended the hotel to friends. Thank you, Silurian staff!
