We stayed there one year before 10 nights and this year again 10 nights. We loved it. Had a 4th floor seaview room both times, it was great. The location of the hotel is perfect! Special thanks to Maria from rhe reception who was very helpful and nice and to Maria from the restaurant who was very carefull with us and especally our 4 year old daughter. We really recommend the hotel, it‘s the perfect place to stay in Kalamata 🤩.

I love how this appartment is built, with a share space for the living room and kitchen with an elegant island for cooking or eating and a spacious bedroom and shower. There's also a nice balcony that is accessible from the common space and there's natural sunlight in all the rooms which is so important for me. It is clear that the owner have an eye for details and an understanding of how to create a high-end accomodation expirence - the kitchen is well equippe, the sofa in the living room is big and comfortable, the shower head is of high quality and the stream and tempratures were great, a heavy curtain to block the sun in the bedroom, a comfortable bed (!), easy to operate music set and on top of that they provided us with new baby highchair, crib and even a baby shampoo :) Thank you Panos!

All the sliding doors onto the lovely terraces are fully screened. It's quiet, peaceful, luxurious, and elegant. Big fridge, fully equipped kitchen. The Host was very caring and always there, when we needed something. The Location is superb, with just 1min walking to the beach side and a lot of cafés close by. Even a 55 inches LG smart TV. The staff/owner are very hospitable and they really care for your comfortable stay. The building is located very centrally and I could find easily to park my car.
