Exceptional service: very nice and friendly staff, open bar with a wide choice of soft beverages and alcohol, delicious food. Here I have to specify that the best 2 restaurants were Main Restaurant and Greek Tavern - here you could always find something special for any of your cravens as well as wide choice of fish and sea food which was cooked for you on grill. The first hotel, where they know how to do perfect eggs. Excellent pools and beach. Very clean rooms and all the facilities. Highly recommend this hotel!

The breakfast was excellent but what made the experience exceptional was the staff and a special acknowledgement to George and his breakfast team Despina and Sophia at the reception , Michalis, Danae, Antoni at the beach and Zacharias and Dino - they were all awesome . Our vacation ended with a special touch with an impeccable drive to the airport with Ari who invited us to his hometown and convinced us to return to Crete !

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel Good and tasty breakfast, the room was clean every day, the staff was kind and ready to help at any time The location is excellent, a bit far from the center but we liked the quiet and the restaurant area nearby. We will definitely come back again

The location is amazing, with its beautiful mountains and sea view. Sitting by the pool or at the outdoors dining area, surrounded by that scenery, was for me the definition of a relaxing vacation. As for the rooms, they were very spacious with big bathrooms that felt very luxurious. But above all else, what I liked most about this hotel was the staff. My fiancée and I had a problem with the car and the rental company during our stay, which would’ve definitely ruined our trip had we stayed somewhere else. But the staff was very kind and helpful, especially Anna, Maria and Veronica. They were empathetic and very kind, and helped sort things out with the rental company, while reassuring us that everything will be all right. They put us at ease when we needed it most, and after it all got sorted out, they gave us some great information on some scenic road trips and beautiful beaches that really made this a perfect and memorable vacation.

The staff, the facilities, the food--everything is beyond perfect. Sophia at the front desk and Sophia and Maria at breakfast are the most welcoming and friendliest people I have ever met. They make me feel like family. It just does not get better than Nana P. The breakfast is the best--fresh and delicious and so many options! Beautiful beach for swimming, attentive staff at the beach bar, walking distance to a cute town with cafes and shops, spectacular spa and a comfortable and beautiful room. You will feel like royalty!

The rooms were great, the amount of activities was impressive, including the water park, kids pool, play areas, the staff was wonderful and thoughtful 🙏🏼 Our early morning flight was delayed to the afternoon. We got back to the hotel with our kids and the staff suggested us the get the room back until we need to leave with no extra charge and a big smile, did their best to assist. It was heartwarming.

Food was amazing and the waiters and waitresses were great. It’s very nice hotel for relaxation, no entertainments in the hotel and bar close at 11 pm, but if you would like to party, the next town hersonissos is 10 min by taxi. We were lucky as main season had not started so not as busy as I am sure they would be in the height of summer. The overall setting was outstanding if you are seeking somewhere exclusive and private. Front of House staff were exceptional and made excellent first impressions.

Not only because its too clean and fancy, but also because of the professional staff. Starting of the reception; the welcoming and the support, they are amazing. Quiet rooms, good beds. The spa was a different experience, educated of how to do their job. I did a massage and Elena did a great job relaxing my muscles after the long flights. After done i felt my body energized. 5 stars is not enough for this hotel.JennyYoung couple

We were upgraded to the best "Villa Room" of the hotel and it was just perfect - everything about it. Flowers in the room, a beautiful cake, and some other treats. It was a genuine VIP treatment. The hotel's design is beautiful, It's not screaming Luxury, but with all the light, sea, design touches, and style - it really feels Luxurious and deserves its stars.
