This is one of the best privat appartement in Nikiana. The sea was 3 minutes walk from the accommodation. In front of the accommodation there is a separate parking lot for each apartment, you do not have to leave the car on the side of the road. There are numerous cafes, restaurants and grocery stores nearby. In season, everything is open until midnight, but at 8 a.m. they open again. Nikiana is very quiet, no loud music, night parties. We were there in high season, but there were no crowds anywhere.

The place exceeded our expectations! Efi was great host and helped with everything she could. The beds are very comfy, the facilities are perfect. Everything is clean and implacable. Big plus is the dishwasher and the washing machine. The surroundings are very nice and the gardening is nice.

Everything about the property was fabulous! It was new and tastefully decorated. There was plenty of space and my two teenage boys loved their own room and bathroom upstairs. There was plenty of closet space to unpack so we weren't living out of a suitcase all week. The host was lovely and very responsive! We would definitely stay there again.

The landlords were super attentive and proactively contacted us in advance of our stay, to figure out what would be handy to us, as we were travelling with a kid.
