I had the pleasure of staying at Hom Santorini, and I must say it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. The hoetl itself is beautifully appointed with stylish, decor that creates a soothing and relaxing ambiance. But what really made my stay special was the incredible staff. From the moment I walked in the mydoor, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The front desk attendant who checked me in was so friendly and helpful, providing maps and recommendations and answering all my questions about the hotel and surrounding area. Throughout my stay, every single staff member I encountered was happy to assist me with anything I needed. The concierge bent over backwards to get me reservations at a very popular local restaurant. The housekeeping staff did an immaculate job cleaning my room and even left sweet goodnight chocolates on my pillow. And the room service was lightning fast and incredibly courteous. I was just so impressed by the effort and care put in by each and every staff member. They truly went above and beyond to anticipate my needs and make sure I had the best possible experience. Their professionalism and attention to detail was unparalleled. But even more so, their kindness and desire to be helpful made me feel so welcomed and valued as a guest. I cannot recommend Hom Santorini highly enough, especially for anyone looking for stellar customer service. The exceptional staff made my stay absolutely exquisite from start to finish. I will definitely be returning to this hotel and I highly recommend it.

First and foremost, the pool area is magnificent. The pool is not the biggest, but since it is reserved for hotel guests and it is a fairly small hotel, more often then not you will have a pool for yourself. The bar in the pool area is great, reasonably-priced with more then enough food options. In fact I believe it is cheaper then most restaurants in the area (pizza 10 euros, Greek salad 7 euros at the time of writing the review). There are hotel rooms around the pool as well as on the street. We stayed in the hotel room overlooking the street connecting the pool area with the reception. It was quiet enough during the night. Rooms are decorated really nicely and with style. Rooms are big enough. Bathroom is equipped with everything you need. There is safety deposit box, climate, small refrigerator, Wifi... The staff are very helpful, they organized for us everything we asked for (transfer,dinner...). Rooms are clean and cleaned regularly.

This has been one of the best holiday experiences. Olvos is the most beautiful place I've ever stayed in, the facilities, location, view and above all the staff have been absolutely amazing. Anastasia has been the sweetest and most helpful ensuring we had everything we needed, from delicious breakfast every morning to helping us get around and recommending places for us to visit, arranging our car journeys, she has absolutely gone above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing time. The stay in Danae exceeded our expectations. The room was bigger and more spacious than I expected. There was plenty of storage space and a small fridge to keep the food and drinks cold. There was also a large private pool on the patio just outside, sun beds and ample of sitting space to our use. Hotel provided little bottles of toiletries from Penhaligon of London - all smelled amazing and we got a bottle of white local wine. We had breakfast at the hotel every day and it was wonderful. A great selection of egg dishes /omelettes were made to order. Breakfast pastries we could try (like a local variety of bougatsa or savoury cheese pie).
