Alice was very nice and helpful all the time. She always answered our questions very quickly. It was very clean and we had all we needed in the kitchen. The best was the big terrace with a wonderful sideview of the sea. It was very nice to take breakfast there or a wine at night. A small shop is near to buy daily staff und you have a lot of supermarkets in the area. The beach is not far away from the apartment, you could also go by foot but it was very hot so we took the car.

Accomodation excellent from every point of view. Not easy to find on your way such a nice and helpful people as Mario and Maya. We also shares a long good time togheter. Young (3 children) and adult people (3 adults) were very closed each other and it seemed we all were sharing a long way friendship. No way to find a problem in our accomodation. Thanks again for being so closed to us, we hope to share more time togheter in the future.

Beautiful view, very close to a beach and marina, cleanliness of the apartment on the top level, everything was prepared for us and what is the most important the host was very polite and friendly. In addition Njivice is very cozy and pretty village with many nice bars, restaurants serving fresh fish plates and also delicious coffee. Perfect vacation!

    Amazing apartment with a fascinating (sunset faced) sea view and super-friendly host. What more you can wish? 100 m from the beach (nice beaches, great with 2 years old child), good parking, amazing terrace (you should spend all of your sunset hours and evenings there, or morning coffees, whatever), fresh and modern furnitures, fully equipped, very quiet neighborhood. 5 star, highly recommended!

    We've been looking for the perfect place on the Croation coast and finally found it. We loved everything about this place: the location on the beach, the pool, the cleanliness, the size, the luxurious, beautiful interior and balcony, the comfortable beds, and finally the 2 bathrooms + toilet for 6. We're planning to come back.

    We were impressed even before arrival. We had some questions about transport and were answered quickly and effectively. Every interaction was pleasant. Upon arrival we were greeted by people who already knew us. The room was superb. We had a lovely sea view and the room was big an clean. We enjoyed the breakfast every day and the info we got from the front desk was clear and easy.
