Absolutely everything!! The hotel is beautiful, perfectly maintained and spotless. The staff, every single person, was so nice and helpful. The location is also great, you are in the centre of Fort Kochi, but at the same time the hotel is quiet and peaceful. Its patio with a swimming pool is an oasis. Also I highly recommend spa treatments. I think it is the best hotel to stay in Kochi, I will surely repeat when I go back.

We had booked for a suite with terrace and requested for an extra bed. When we arrived we were pleasently surprised to know that we had been upgraded to the next catagory suite which is double in size and boasts an unparallel view of the surroynding backwaters! And the extra bed was already placed in the room. As it was my husbands birthday, it was the perfect setup to celebrate and the wonderful staff very enthusiaticly assisted me to plan a smaill surprise for him with a complememtary cake. They hotel gives you resort like feel in the middle of the city because of the setting and the beautiful grounds. The breakfast was good but very busy. Though the hotel was almost full, but the staff went above and beyond to ensure our short stay was amazing! Thank you from Bangladesh!

Situated in the heart of Fort Kochi. Overall, my stay at Napier Heritage Cochin was very nice. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and memorable experience in Cochin.

The founders of the resort are some of the kindest and most positive people I've met, taking care of every detail of our staying there. As Mr. Vijay (Founder) and Mrs. Vijaya ("his boss") said: this is not our business, this is our passion. It's true: they live there with all their heart, and the resort lives with them. If you want to open your heart/soul and get a lot of positive emotions/energy, feel free to book a room in Lhasa. We fell in love with this place, we love these people and will forever keep their care/love/energy in our hearts. P.S. Be sure to ask them to show you their own cosmetics factory. P.P.S It's a vegetarian place!

Special boutique hotel, with style, history, and great staff. Food quality, flavour and presentation at dinner and breakfast both excellent. Fabulous location on quaint street near synagogue and Palace. As street is pedestrianized, manager personally met our car at the end of the street and ensured everything was taken care of. Same at departure. Room or, should I say, Gallery was a work of art. Not your average hotel room. Bed was the most comfortable we've had in 3 weeks in India. All in all a memorable experience - shame it was only for one night!

And Mr. Vipin, Sreeraj and a lady staff ( I don't remember her name, sorry) was amazing and always around you to make your stay 100% comfort. The hospitality is 101%. The hotel was well maintained and they all was prompt to get your needs attended. 5 stars to hotel and staffs. The staffs was well knowledge on hotel deals and how to manage customers.
