The host was amazing and helped us with a late arrival. Sent a person to open the gate and check us in to the property. The location was amazing - a slice of heaven in Tuscany. The breakfast was great with a full set of choices with breads, meats and juices and coffees. The lady was very accommodating with refills. It was served in an open area. We met an elderly couple who were travelling from Germany as well and we spent a good 2 hours chatting. This is a must visit location.

I liked the room, because the space was very big and useful. Inside the room exist a confortable bathub and a eletric kettle and some packets of coffee and tea. The staff was very kind too. My room was huge, and I loved being in an historic building right in Arezzo's beautiful main square. What I loved the most was how kind the girl welcoming me and my friend was when I arrived. She was very proud about her job and her company, which also makes biological wine. She offered a bit of that too, and it was just amazing to be greeted in such a generous manner. So looking forward coming again. Highly recommended

The host Fabio was very welcoming and informative, he really cared. There were snacks in the room which was nice. The bed was extra comfy and the bathroom good too. The location was great, we walked into town and the restaurant that Fabio recommended was excellent. We enjoyed the town and all it's historical must-see places. Highly recommend it all!

We arrived by train with a rental car pick up at the end of our stay for further travel. Le Casette di Viola is situated about 5 kms from the city center. We travelled into Arezzo via bus (bus stop about 90 seconds away), Cost 1.50 euros. Returning at night via taxi, cost around 15.50 euros. The comfort and luxurious aspects far outweigh any perceived inconvenience of the location. The apartment is well worth it!ParisYoung couple
