Everything about this hotel was exceptional, every corner had unmatched details that showed the thought behind every little thing. The gardens were beautiful, it smelled like flowers wherever we went. The different levels provided a totally different vibe. From the docks to the hotel room, it truly was the most beautiful hotel we've ever experienced

the breakfast was delicious but was missing the exceptionnal aspect to it the view and room were absolutely dreamy! loved every aspect of it! A big thank you to Nathan who went above and beyond during our stay and was absolutely delightful

Villa Giu was great. It is a large gated villa in the center of a very small town. We rented the main Villa (5 bedrooms) and other people were able to rent a smaller attached building (La Defense) at the same time within the gated walls. There is a huge lawn that leads to a large waterfront area with sun chairs and easy access to swimming from the property. There is also a raised lake-front deck with chairs and tables and a ping pong table/room to use in addition to the house. The garden and lake-front areas are shared by the 2 groups but it worked out fine. the Villa is 3 stories with good bedrooms. only one bedroom had AC but the others had fans. the Villa is older and a few things are funky but charming. we enjoyed our stay very much. there are 2 restaurants and a pizza bar and boat rental within 2 mins of the Villa. lots of parking inside the gates.

The hotel is beautiful especially the old building with the garden, tennis courts and pool area overlooking the lake. The staff was the MOST helpful. They got us everything from transportation, to reservations, to courier services. We would not have survived the trip without the front desk, manager or concierge. They even helped us secure an extra night at the last minute!

Narrow streets for driving but as to be expected. managed to park right opposite, although you can rent a local garage for 10 euros.
