The owner is super flexible, reachable and very kind. Great price for the value, everything is new in it. Firenze with train is max 30 min, two train stations in walking distance. Shop on the other side of the road and a great coffee- breakfast pastry is just next to the place.

Lovely mix of totally modern fittings and a centuries old building. The host was exceptionally welcoming and helpful. A delicious breakfast was included in the very reasonable price. Though it’s not in Florence itself but train station from the hotel was easy excess (10mins walk Prato station . Hotel surrounding very safe with local people . There are also Halal shop just 3 mins walk ( Chicken Taste the shop name ) which is cheap and good . Hotel staff very friendly . Breakfast was consider good with the price we paid . €5 per person .
