The suites were exceptional and had everything you need for comfort, but not at a terribly expensive rate. I appreciated the complimentary coffee. The gym was very nice for a hotel. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic! I'm sorry I missed it the second morning, as it does not begin until 7am. The room was perfectly clean. The shower didn't drain right the first morning; I mentioned it at the front desk and they fixed it that day while I was out.

Place absolutely met and even exceeded our expectations: high quality interior and design, comfortable, spacious, well isolated and super quiet. Blackout blinds for great sleep and comfy bed. Extremely well stocked kitchen, everything clean and in good condition- you could really stay here longer and cook properly. Small dishwasher also very convenient and super clean (also the filter which is often not the case in rental apartments!). Self check in, very easy, clear and convenient. We travelled with a 9 month old baby and this place was perfect: enough space and clean for him to roam around on the floor...! Babybed, changing, table, diaper bag, high chair, baby bathtub and towel, children's plates - were all provided and are in super condition! Could have not been more comfortable with a small child! Free parking in front of the house, super close to Kurpark, city center and thermal baths. With the Dreiweltencard you have access to many sights in the area, we stayed only 2 night so didn't have time to benefit as much as we would have liked.
