This 4-star-superior hotel in Baden-Baden offers spacious suites, rooms with free high-speed internet, underground parking and a business centre. The hotel is located next to the Caricalla Therme. The hotel offers the wrist bands at the front desk which allows you to bypass the entrance line. There were probably 50 people in line and we bypassed them all. The room was super comfortable, clean, great views, the bed was perfect. The staff was awesome, super helpful, you can tell they have pride in their work and represent the hotel with the utmost professionalism. If you stay in Baden-Baden, this is the hotel, it’s the only place I’ll ever stay because it offers so much.

Located in Baiersbronn, 42 km from Congress House Baden-Baden, Wellness & Genuss Resort - Engel Obertal provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a fitness centre and... One of the best hotels I've stayed in. The best feature by far for us was the pool/outdoor area - the properly heated indoor/outdoor swimming pool and outdoor hot tub were perfect for enjoying the views of the black forest around you. The lawn with comfortable sunbeds was also great for reading, sunbathing and relaxing. The restaurant was good, a reasonable number of vegetarian options, lovely atmosphere with excellent service. Rooms were big, with wonderful balconies and ours had a peaceful green view. Really, really didn't want to leave and would love to stay here again.

Set in Offenburg, 16 km from Rohrschollen Nature Reserve, Hotel Liberty Offenburg offers accommodation with free bikes, private parking, a garden and a terrace. Very nice design overall and well thought out. I found out that this used to be a jail where many Jews were imprisoned. While the leaning into the prison details nice design-wise, I'm not sure it's considerate. However, its functioning as a hotel overall is pretty impeccable from form to functions. While there's a surcharge for dogs, it's the only hotel we've been to that actually set up a nice little corner for our pup with bed/mat, bowls and a bag of treats. It's such nice little details.
