The staff were wonderful and accommodating - we were celebrating my Partner's 30th and they saw the birthday cards in the bedroom and left us a small bottle of fizz to help us celebrate which was such a lovely and thoughtful touch. The room was incredible and our view was unparalleled. Everything was spotless and the Coffee machine was a wonderful touch. Obviously the suite was a bit of a splurge, but I would say it was worth every penny. The view from the rooftop is amazing, and the perfect place to watch the sunset. I can imagine its fantastic in the summer! In terms of location, you are right on the outskirts of the old town, and next to some amazing places to eat and visit, not to mention the beach right on your doorstep - no better location really! I would recommend to anyone looking for an extra special stay in San Sebastian!

Featuring a seasonal outdoor pool, Hotel Arima & Spa - Small Luxury Hotels is a Scandinavian-styled hotel located in San Sebastian, within Guipuzkoa Technology Park, 850 metres from The Basque Culinari Center. Free WiFi is offered throughout the property and private parking is available on site for a fee. Everything was amazing! Bus station right outside of the hotel takes you to old town / train station within 20 mins. Facilities and the room were both 10/10 and my favourite part is the little forest behind the hotel which has footpaths for you to explore and stroll.

Overlooking La Concha Bay, this grand 19th-century building is set next to the beach, on San Sebastián’s seafront promenade. It offers discounted access to La Perla Spa and air-conditioned rooms with a private balcony. the location can not be better. It is an excellent hotel with friendly staff and great breakfast. I have been there several times over the years and certainly choose it again next time.
