Beautifully restored and furnished with attention to detail and high quality finish. The restaurant oozed calm, the pool and gym were relaxing and the lounge relaxing. The staff were very attentive and the food very good.

We were a family of four with grown-up "kids" (20 and 16 years old). We spent the week in between Christmas and the new year. The environment around the property is amazing; it doesn´t matter whether it is summer or winter. The attention from Mrs. Tatiana was outstanding; she was so attentive and smiley. The facilities are really amazing. The breakfast was superb; everything was really fresh. We will return for sure.

Under 1400-talet var residenset hem till Markisen av Santillana. Det har nu varsamt renoverats till detta förtjusande 5-stjärniga hotell. This is our third time staying here. The staff is so friendly and kind and the place is one of a kind. Staying in a place that is from the 1500s is special. Enjoy it.

Very welcoming staff, wonderful breakfast serving toasted bread and fantastic local cakes that we enjoyed in their outdoor terrace, spacious bedroom with great hydromassage bath, free car parking beside the hotel and within a walking distance to amazing midieaval town. It is also not far from Altamira caves - you could even walk there!
