What a special little hotel. The location was perfect just inside the city walls and the pre-booked parking was right next to the hotel. Other parking was available just outside the city walls, about a 5 minute walk away. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They worked very hard and always had a smile and kind greeting. Our room was comfortable and a good size with a lovely bathroom. Breakfast was simple and served on the small terrace. A greater choice of food could be had for an extra cost by ordering from the a la carte breakfast menu. From the hotel it was very easy to walk to all the main attractions and even though you were part of the inner city it was still quiet at night. The bar and terrace of the hotel were open for late night drinks if needed.

The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated so we were very happy. it had a good location to Zadar old town which was only 5 or so mins walk away (I am a quick walker so may take other up to 10 mins). Katarina was lovely and arrival and department was very simple. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in the area.

But the City Center can be reached in 20 min walking. - The hotel has an amazing gym with super good equipment. - Rooms are very modern, clean and spacious. They have a huge screen it really gives you a cinema like feeling. - The stuff is super friendly and helpful. - the breakfast is very delicious too and variety is ok. - Very good value for money. - We highly recommend this place. - The Pizzaria downstairs is also fablous. Had a great time at the outdoor bar across the parking area and the bistro across the main street. The hotel is self check-in, no front desk concierge. We did meet the staff in the morning and they were very friendly. The signage is minimal. The hotel entrance is on the first floor of what appears to be an apartment building
