The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing, especially Mr Sujith, Mr Arijit and the GM of the resort himself. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown. Already recommended this property to friends and colleagues who will be surely visiting soon. Thank you so much!

Reception, restaurant and cleaning staff were all highly efficient and friendly, they could not do enough to help us feel comfortable and relaxed. A special mention to our driver Chinju, who showed us around and helped us carry out an auspicious function. He made everything go smoothly and there was nothing for us to worry about. The hotel is in a prime location to enjoy the beauty and serenity of the Munnar hills. This is a hotel where once you leave, you know you will definitely be back. El Forte Kochi es un hotel de lujo de 5 estrellas situado en Princess Street, en Fort Kochi. Se encuentra a 200 meters de la basílica Santacruz de Kochi y cuenta con piscina al aire libre. A friend recommended this hotel and I would definitely recommend it to others! Lovely hotel, we loved the vibrant yellow walls and decor. The staff were lovely and helped us with everything we needed. We had a great trip to the waterfall with their driver. Great central location. We loved the afternoon tea and snacks by the poolside everyday. The food in the restaurant was really delicious and great value for money.
