Booked 4 rooms and stayed with family for 2 nights. Was celebrating my daughter's 4th bday at the resort. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing, especially Mr Sujith, Mr Arijit and the GM of the resort himself. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown. Already recommended this property to friends and colleagues who will be surely visiting soon. Thank you so much!

This place exceeded my expectations. It had almost everything that you would need for your stay. Pool was just amazing. Special call out to the amazing staff whom we came across here. They made sure our stay was comfortable. Food was just amazing. I would definitely stay here in future.

Perfectly situated on the backwaters of Kerala. Beautiful property designed in sync with the environment. Excellent, friendly team of staff. Very comfortable and spacious accommodation. Nahee and the restaurant team were excellent. Soby as GM and Manoj as DGM were outstanding. The staff have a shared tip jar which is good.

The location and the facility itself is fantastic. The staff are kind and well behaved. Did not leave any room for complaint from us.

Beautiful homestay with a room in a hotel standard. Ended up staying for 3 nights.The place was sparkling clean, lovely garden for our one year old daughter to play at. If you stay downstairs you can even leave via your private balcony gate, so there's also lots of privacy. Greca and Suja were extra attentive, helped us book a train ticket, cooked amazing and interesting local breakfasts and entertained our baby girl. Great place!

Forte Kochi, Fort Kochi'deki Princess Street'te yer alan 5 yıldızlı lüks bir tarihi oteldir. Santacruz Basilica Kochi'ye 200 metre mesafede yer alan tesiste açık yüzme havuzu bulunmaktadır. Absolutely everything!! The hotel is beautiful, perfectly maintained and spotless. The staff, every single person, was so nice and helpful. The location is also great, you are in the centre of Fort Kochi, but at the same time the hotel is quiet and peaceful. Its patio with a swimming pool is an oasis. Also I highly recommend spa treatments. I think it is the best hotel to stay in Kochi, I will surely repeat when I go back.

Located in Cochin, Grand Hyatt Kochi Bolgatty is a waterfront resort featuring two swimming pools, a tennis court, as well as a fitness centre. We had booked for a suite with terrace and requested for an extra bed. When we arrived we were pleasently surprised to know that we had been upgraded to the next catagory suite which is double in size and boasts an unparallel view of the surroynding backwaters! And the extra bed was already placed in the room. As it was my husbands birthday, it was the perfect setup to celebrate and the wonderful staff very enthusiaticly assisted me to plan a smaill surprise for him with a complememtary cake. They hotel gives you resort like feel in the middle of the city because of the setting and the beautiful grounds. The breakfast was good but very busy. Though the hotel was almost full, but the staff went above and beyond to ensure our short stay was amazing! Thank you from Bangladesh!

Hotel has daily activities and special activities as well. Room was clean and well maintained. What impressed me is they sent me a WhatsApp text on the day of my arrival to check my time and of arrival and that they are waiting to receive me. That made me look forward to arriving at their hotel. We also celebrated our kids' birthday there, and they gave complimentary half kg cake and a simple deco at their restaurant. Truly a pleasant stay.
