The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing, especially Mr Sujith, Mr Arijit and the GM of the resort himself. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown. Already recommended this property to friends and colleagues who will be surely visiting soon. Thank you so much!

This place exceeded my expectations. It had almost everything that you would need for your stay. Pool was just amazing. Special call out to the amazing staff whom we came across here. They made sure our stay was comfortable. Food was just amazing. I would definitely stay here in future.

Beautifully set up resort with a lot of plants sorrounding the buildings. The food was great and so was the service at the meals.

It exceeded our expectations. We appreciate the amenities in the bathroom. Excellent view from the balcony. The staffs were really helpful, especially Ginu (the receptionist), who made all the arrangements to go around Wayanad. Breakfasts were extraordinary. I would recommend this hotel.

It is one of the great properties to stay in Waynad. Views from the resort and the room are truly incredible and really rare. Rooms are also very spacious and comfortable. I also liked the playing area for the kids if you are travelling with the family.

Absolutely stunning location . Wonderful staff who bend backwards to give you want you want . One can never go wrong with a Taj .. Chef Raj and chef Sanil kumar were constantly meeting us to ensure we were comfortable. We even had a wonderful unique dining experience on our anniversary. Chef Sanil was personally involved in curating the menu. The Manager Restaurants , Mr Sajjith was exceptional. He was attending to us everyday and even making some cocktails with the limited inventory. Some people who made our trip memorable were - Sajjith , Raj & Sanil , Akshay and Ameer ( interns ).

Can't recommend enough this wonderful resort. Design of the resort itself is so close to the nature, you'll feel relaxed and peaceful. Staff at the resort deserves a special appreciation for their attention to detail for every small thing they to do make guests stay a memorable one. Food at the resort is delicious, especially the breakfast buffet which contains multiple local delicacy. Albin from the reception team and Chef Sheriful and Satish were very helpful and professional for our special requests! Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Excellent service. Drivers are provided free accommodation. Great location overlooking lake. Ayurvedic massage at reasonable price. Staff eager to please and willing to accommodate every request. The restaurant even made special packed lunch for our road journey back. The manager Prateesh was extremely helpful. Noting from the passport that we were celebrating my birthday he had our room specially decorated and had a lovely cake baked and sent to us. Though laundry service was not available, he had our clothes washed and ironed. A staff even joined us for some games. Honestly, you can’t find better service anywhere. Highly recommend.
