We had a small issue because of the photos displayed in our Booking.com reservation showing a desk space in the room and apparently not all rooms have this desk. As we were expecting it (my wife had work to do), we asked them if we could change rooms and they sorted out for us by upgrading our room! They did everything to make our stay be an absolute blast. Reserved restaurants, helped us with all our questions and recommended/reserved a truffle hunt + wine tasting in Tuscany that was the PEAK of our trip. I would not think to stay elsewhere whenever I'm back in Florence. Shoutout to Desiré, Lavinia, and the manager Angela! Thank you for everything! (I'm sorry if I forgot anyone's name)

Located in Montaione, 41 km from Montecatini Train Station, Boccioleto Resort provides accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a shared lounge. The hotel is located in a beautiful place surrounded by the mountains and the views of Tuscany. The room was very pretty and the beds were comfortable (we were lucky to get an upgraded room). The spa was very clean and had everything we needed to relax after a long day. The breakfast was delicious and had variety choices of food. Me and my boyfriend had an amazing stay and I highly recommend this hotel!

First car parking is plus which cost 25 E , the gate measure 2.3 M only SUV can enter , Loaction is good only 15 min walking and you can reached every thing you need , staff super friendly especially the reception unfortunately I forgot his name , clean room good breakfast

It was simply amazing .. from the moment we arrived the service was second to none .. the facilities, the staff, the location, the food, it was simply superb .. we travelled from NZ and had visited several other countries before coming to Florence and the experience at the Art Hotel Villa Agape was simply the best 10/10
