Situato in una posizione ideale a San Francisco, il citizenM San Francisco Union Square offre camere climatizzate, la connessione WiFi gratuita, un centro fitness e un salone in comune. Struttura molto bella e moderna, posizione ottima. Camere pulite e una bellissima area comune in cui interagire e socializzare. Ma la cosa in assoluto migliore di questa struttura è lo staff. Davvero un’eccellenza nel servizio al cliente. Raramente ho trovato uno staff di cosí alto livello.

Situato a 5 minuti a piedi dall’antica missione di Santa Ines, questo hotel boutique offre un ristorante in loco. Dispone di piscina all'aperto, vasca idromassaggio e camere spaziose con WiFi... The hotel is simply beautiful. There is a restaurant attached but it was closing when we arrived. The hotel does not offer breakfast. The rooms were spacious (we had a 2 queen beds room), the bathroom was clean and the ammenities nice. The hotel lobby is very beautiful too. The hotel is very well located so we were able to walk around town. The hotel offers complimentary parking outside its premises. The staff recommended us a nice place to have breakfast and it was great (The Belgian Cafe).

Located in Palm Springs, 2 km from Palm Springs Visitor Center, Mahala provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking and a garden. From the moment we booked our room the communication was beyond our expectations. Chad helped us during our stay and I must say he made everything smooth and delightful, we appreciated our upgrade for our anniversay stay, that was extremely sweet! The property, pool and rooms were gorgeous and so peaceful. Our room was immaculate, super clean and it was such a bonus to have coffee, snacks and water/sodas/ in the fridge at no extra cost. There were lots of complaints about the flooring in the room which we didn't see an issue with at all. The outdoor grounds were very well kept and clean, lobby was very cool too!

Bed was really nice: right amount of firmness and softness co-existing. Nice pool area with friendly staffs to take care of needs. Spa was relaxing and helpful in relieving stress. Restaurants exceeded my expectation in both taste and wine selections.
