We appreciated the easy check-in, parking and the prime location. Shops and restaurants just a short walk away. Cordial and helpful staff everywhere.

Grand Hyatt at SFO has a fitness centre and a bar. Among the facilities of this property are a restaurant, a 24-hour front desk and room service, along with free WiFi. We had a stop over in San Francisco after late flight which left us with no time to get to and from another hotel. The Grand Hyatt is at SFO and easily accessible via the Airtrain from all terminals so was very convenient for us. It's certainly not the cheapest option but the convenience and quality of the hotel and room were exceptional. The staff were all very friendly and polite too. Prices for food at the restaurant and the shop were cheaper than expected and the quality was good.

Otel çok yeni ve güzeldi. Yeri de çok merkeziydi rahatça kaldık. 1 gün için çok güzeldi. Sadece personel biraz ilgisiz şarap tadımı için bir kayıt verdiler ancak söyledikleri yere gidince oda kartıyla ne yapilacagini anlamadı.

From the moment we booked our room the communication was beyond our expectations. Chad helped us during our stay and I must say he made everything smooth and delightful, we appreciated our upgrade for our anniversay stay, that was extremely sweet! The property, pool and rooms were gorgeous and so peaceful. Our room was immaculate, super clean and it was such a bonus to have coffee, snacks and water/sodas/ in the fridge at no extra cost. There were lots of complaints about the flooring in the room which we didn't see an issue with at all. The outdoor grounds were very well kept and clean, lobby was very cool too!

Konum çok iyiydi. Araba parkından önce uzak gibi endişelenmiştik ancak direk merkezin önünde olduğunu farkedince çok sevindik. Sürekli iletişimde olabileceğimiz bir olması güzeldi. Bağımsızdık ancak muhatap biri hep vardı. Bu harikaydı.

Restaurants exceeded my expectation in both taste and wine selections.
